.mov files?

I have a few .mov files and when I open them in quicktime I get an error. Is there any way I can convert it or something? Sometimes I can open mov's sometimes I can't, anyone know the answere?

you could try using cleaner, I have had it help in the past. Or maybe DL the latest version of quicktime.

I did dl the new quicktime and it didn't help, i'm thinking it's some kind of pc issue, maybe it was encoded in some way, i'm viewing it on a mac.
I would post it but it's a huge file.
Do you know the proper settings in cleaner to use?
I would probably convert to an mpeg.

itw ould all depend on what you wanted to do with the mpeg. Your best bet might be to just use the wizard in cleaner.

since your on a MAC it might be a compatibility issue, but if downloading the newest version isn't helping, you might want to convert to something like you said. .mov->.avi or mpeg
