I have a client who sent me a bunk cd with a file i need to get to a print shop today. He's on the other side of the country from me and the file is now down to 19 MB. We're a mac-based office but have a couple of PCs that we don't have too much on. Does anyone know of some free ftp sites we can put on one of our pcs?

you mean an FTp server:
cerberus FTP is pretty good, easy to set up and the one I use.
Think I got it from tucows.com but try download.com or google it.
