Designer required for 'Skilled Junior' position at busy communications company. Working as part of a team for a range of bluechip clients, you will produce creative concepts as well as polished final designs. Excellent Photoshop skills and good experience in Flash, Dreamweaver etc. A good understanding of HTML, Flash Actionscript also a bonus. Salary and terms negotiable.

You could give Trent Uni a ring, they have a list of graphics students who would have left last year, and will be compiling one of those about to leave.
Not sure of their number, but you could ask for Joe, Allison or Nicki and i reckon they might be able to help you.
Plus, desperate graduates could be cheap, though they may not have the experience you are after.
Once again, another post that doesn't fill the vacancy.
