The comapny I work for have been ask to produce a website for a charity that allows people to adopt animals. It is essential that the site appears at the top of most or all search engines. People have suggested that we use a company to deal with the optimization of the site to make sure this happens. The question is, is it worth 1500 pounds per year (I don't have a pound symbol on my keyboard - don't ask). What are your thoughts on SEO companies? Are they worth the money?
