Interland is the worst web host

Warning: Interland is absolutely the worst web host!
One of the websites I'm working on is hosted by this over-priced web host, and the email stopped working most of the work day. Then, the form mail stopped working.
The form mail was created through their stupid Admin tool they provide -- a .pl file residing in the CGI-BIN. It worked fine last week but not anymore and I didn't touch any code in the .pl file or the form itself. This problem happened in the past. And yes, I do know how to create a mail form -- done it with websites hosted by other companies. Normally, I would use only PHP for forms, but you can't do it with this site hosted by Interland.
So, I call their tech support -- some of them are soooo incredibly rude as hell. Of course, the call was a waste of time, the tech support blamed everything on me and nothing was accomplished but more frustrations.
Anyhow, had to vent. Thanks.

i've been using them for 4+ years and have never had a problem. i have one of the higher end servers, that may be why...

The company I'm working for is paying them about $100/month for webhosting -- Unix business plan, so I think that's kind of high end as well.
At any rate, I've sent an email to the boss suggesting we should switch. They already have a bad reputation in our office, so I'm sure we will.

man I have had the same problem with a domain we have at work. It has a poll on the front page, stopped working. Search Engine Script, stopped working. We are hosted on an NT box and shouldnt have to worry about permissions set on perl scripts. But every few days I have to goto the stupid Admin Control Panel and reset the fucking perms. Interland sucks, but my employer is paid up until next year. I hate them.
