Anyone know why on this site http://www.mixart.com/misc/freer…
the table has a 100% height and occasionally it will have a row of space at the bottom of the table but if you hit refresh it works ok?

note: if it looks OK, try closing your browser and opening a new browser session, pasting in the URL.
ps. This is IE specific as far as I know

yeah, I've had that before, unfortunatly I don't know why either... pretty annoying huh? ... in my case I was thinking it had something to do with caching... but it doesn't make sense here because I was able to get that effect, and I'm sure I don't have a cached version of your site... sorry man..

try bottommargin="0"

Is it nested? Because I've noticed a problem IE 6 has with nested objects and display.
Some of my CSS on a couple sites doesn't work unless you scroll the page or mouse over the specific portion.

The table isn't nested - its a top level table - has nested tables inside it though.

Bottommargin=0 does the trick.
