I did a google search and found a couple programs that claimed to be able to do it.. but it wasn't their sole purpose.
anyone know of anything?

import to fireworks or illustrator export as swf.

well i could just do it in flash if that were the case.. i want it all automated
running on the server would be amazing

dbox, i have a studio mate that uses a program called v2f. but he says its shit on image files...only worth it if you are trying to convert huge batches of .png's.
ill check with him tomorrow when i see him and try to bleed a little more information out of him.
