i'm trying to add an area to a site that has 4 sections, and loads them into a single iframe.
i am writing the site in xhtml/css, so i'm trying not to use tables, or absolute values...
does anyone now of an easy way to go about this. i've searched all night here, and "goggle"
i will love you more than ever if you have any suggestions.

when you load a link into the iframe, i want that heading to stand out from the rest of the links.
