i am trying to build a flash search for a realitor sorta like this

this isn't exactly what i want, but pretty close. i need a user to be able to click 'apartments, houses, etc' then be able to mark price range in rent, pets, etc.
has anyone here done a realty site like this in flash that they can help me out with?
i have tried searching on flashkit, nt, google but i really dont know what to search for?
any help would be greatly appriciated. mad love.
