the new rad 9000 and 7000's rock... a little pricey but better than the g fource reguardless thanks to nothing more than the mac support.... although I have used the stocked rad 128 in my g4 dual450 for years and have been happy with it. I recently upgraded to a 7000 but had an OLD twin turbo card I bought off of ebay for 8 dollars as my second monitor card at 1024X768 resolution for a while and it was fine...(orginally came with an old 9600 I think) even in OS X (which i was afraid wouldnt work when I upgraded but did perfectly).. unless you do lot of video production or play a ton of games (which I do not) you wont see or notice much of a difference. Go with the latest radeon if you really feel you need the upgrade.
Keep your system up to date- update the card and max the ram and watch the sucker fly past wintel p4's even thought your computer is 4 years old.
