blacklists only work with word of mouth... have to keep them unofficial and underground
if they're that horrible of a client/person, they probably wouldn't hesitate to sue for libel

I thought about making it. It would be easy. Can the person hosting it on their site get in trouble if anyone can submit anonymously? + it could be a list a bad clients for any field not just web work.

a) you've negated all the prayers that've gone out to the BBB over years.
