I have a nice chair, now its time to update the desk. Im looking for something professional, possibly a corner desk. any links?

i have the ikea corner desk (not sure what it's called), it's great you can adjust everything you want, and I paid like $150 for it.
comes in all kinds'a colors.enough room for 3 19-inchers and two girls (only tried the first... yet)

i have 2 IKEA glass-desks.. forgot name too... damn cheap, and made them into a corner desk..simply by putting the two in both sides of the corner..

i know 2 other people said ikea. but i plan on getting the ikea EFFEKTIV when i move in a month. nice corner desk system, with other add ons.

I got one better, and a little cheaper: I went to the local restaurant supply store and got a 6 foot stainless steel kitchen prep table and use that for my desk. it has a nice shelf underneath that you can use for cpu storage or put it up high and keep your books and dvd or firewire drives on. Its really strong and will last forever. The only drawback is that its a little cold. But other than that, its great.

I have it with two flat panel monitors and a Wacom tablet between them. It looks really nice -- but now that I have a new laptop and want that on the desk as well, it's getting a little cramped!

sounds cheap...but I got a wicked desk....from goodwill..lol...I have a 19" monitor...4 speakers...a dvd player...all kinds of other asortetd crap on it...and there's still room to have sex, lying down!!!...great condtion too!

I've had all kinds of fancy (expensive) desks, but the best one I am using is a nice 2" solid wood door, sitting on black filing cabinets on either side. It's bombproof, very large and under $100! Cheers.

steel kitchen desk is a good idea. i have some bakers racks from a resturaunt supply store that i love.
i have always wanted an aol big thick table for a desk (like 13ft x4 foot) it would be a great work surface, however what a bitch to move. i will stick to things that i can take apart.

Ok... you just described the desk I just Assembled today...
Its a Corner desk.. professional.. and it has great desktop space.... and its only 129 bucks.... I love it.... i recommend it... its my baby already

ps... this desk rules.... enought room for atleast 4 19 inchers easily.. the desk is much bigger than the photo shows...
and the corner piece is great adds great room for printer and scanner and small gadgets..
ok.. ya i like it.. i got a laptop and a 19 inch ctr on it now.. ..with plenty of room to write a novel... ok im done
