I have an interview tomorrow with a local firm Problem is Ive never made any collection of work ive completed and dont have many of the finished samples. So what paper would you reccommend getting to show my work on. I dont really like the over glossy look of photopaper so im looking for alternatives. Also if you have any suggestions on how I should present this I have only one day to complete this.

dood -TRUST ME print the work out on the glossy at least - otherwise it's gonna look budget - i understand what you're saying about how it "feels" but - i would DEF print the work out on glossy then mount it on an
uncoated or an art paper...

some people/firms laminate the mounted pieces. just a thought.

i agree with taragee...
and buddy...i sympathize...
i've been there too...used to be a time when i was always neglecting to keep track of all the jobs i'd done, and never seemed to have an up-to-date portfolio...
still have a bit of trouble keeping it all up to date, but man., you HAVE to....how's this guy expected to hire ya, if you can hardly show him anything you've done?...
anyhow, if it's print ...then glossy nice prints , matted on on black artboard...
best of luck mate....
