document management

  so, i'm trying to get big fish on my hook and i need to find a document management system. the price is not important (although it is important that the license lets me alter it). since i don't yet have any details about the requirements, the ideal solution for me would be something working in the web browser and utilising mainly php and some sort of a database (again, preferably mysql).

  so if anyone of you knows a company that provides anything suchlike, i would greatly appreciate it.

  p.s. i'm searching this because i need a product that is already in use in many companies. so the existing client list for the product has to exist.
