1. they leave an ounce of coffee in the pot and dont bother to pour another pot. so i make a pot and when i get around to pouring a cup, the pot is empty again.
2. they stink the place up with that nasty butter smell from the microwave popcorn

3. a customer support guy with the most annoying voice in the world and the worst phone manners, sounds like, "ummmm, Duh, i don't know" constantly. And the product sucks so he's constantly on the phone with livid customers.
