Actually Harsh is a very common Indian name. Patel is an even more common Indian last name.
I've never heard of him either. But my case is different because I don't really give a shit :)

http://www.hellcouncil.com : http://www.final.nu : http://www.gutterlife.com : http://www.harshpatel.comI've never really had a prompt like that, but I can imagine approaching it with the philosophy that people are drawn to what makes them feel most comfortable, which is often company of their fellow origin, nationality, etc. There's no real safe, one-answer similarity that can pull in everybody at once. I'd work with finding out more about demographics, and trying to make it as specific as possible (while still coherent to outsiders) to the locale of the audience at hand.
