Mornin',
Just wanted to brag about my new purchase. I have thrown away my renter's agreement and decided to take the plunge with a home purchase. A townhome to be exact.
3 bedroom / 2.5 bath / 1 car garage. Not quite finished yet. Hopefully it will be by the time my lease is up. :-)

After I move in I will be eating nothing but Ramen noodles to afford the place and my 10 minute drive to work just jumped to an hour.
But hey, the agent told me that the unit next to mine was sold to a single chicky who teaches 1st grade at the elementary school down the road.

Cool. It's huge! I bought a house to half a year ago. Mine is very small. Only 50 square meters. But it's on a very nice location :) And it was built in 1780.

I feel like such an adult. That is until my friends come over and trash the place.
Ya, I need to start watching all of these home shows to make the place look rockin'.
Can't go wrong with a stripper pole in the living room.

No. I was considering renting a wife and some kids to fill the space. I don't even have enough furniture to fill the place.
Now starts the process of collecting more and more shit that will one day end up in my garage sale.

my wife and I bought ourselves a house last summer too...
best feeling in the world to own your own place..
what you lose in freetime because of chores - gardening - weeding - maintenance blah blah you make up for big time..
and nothing is more fun than to walk around your backyard in your shorts in the summer screeming in your loudest Eddie Murphy voice

and if you don't like it, you can get the f*ck out!it rocks man....enjoy....!

I got the problem resolved. I followed a tutorial in GoLive on how to password protect a page. It should suffice for what we are going to use it for.thanks for the help.
