just finished phase one of a long argument with my wife about moog. i said it wasn't 'moooog', but 'moog' as in Vogue. she says it's 'moooog' like a elongated cow noise and not like Vogue, anyway this argument has went on the whole weekend since we left the bookies on saturday, we started dragging loads of shit up about the past..well her past anyway, just found out she'd been blowin ma best mate ian maxwell..anyway, this moog argument is on a par with the argument we had about that liverpool player, the llama, Diouf, she said that you had to call him el haj diouf, not just diouf, AND that the 'F' was silent. i call him diouf with an 'F' on the end, i never use el haj either..this is gonna be a long drawn out campaign, but the outcome is inevitable, i'll win the argument, i'll pester her at work with mails and txts and phonecalls, deliveries etc. but i'll win!! SAY 'MOOG"(mogue) not MOOG (mooog) there's some ignorant folk going about!!

if it's so important, yes you are right
it's Bob Moog (Mogue).

now go buy yourself a moog (mogue) t-shirt and impress all your friends with how you know the correct pronunciation.

I'd feel like a poncy twat if I said Mogue. The word even has "moo" in it!
(Please excuse my ignorance.)

phonetically, I guess Moog is 'Mooog', however, it might be pronounced 'Mogue' in that for example Moog is a product of Scandanavia, so they may pronounce it differently. As in the hard synths. I have one, they rock! Pure analog glory!
