TOO BIG, specially for 56Kers. But if it's worth it... Anyways most people won't ever find if it's worthy. You know, they'll just close the window right after seeing that's a 900K dld... ;D

100k max is fine for an initial download, you need to optimize that shit. What sort of Graphics are you using? I can give you a hand getting the size down if you want.

its pretty intensive, but the goal was to achieve higher user experience, so i added tons of special effects from tooltips for all the buttons, to administration controls and hidden buttons...
its divided into two parts, the first is only 60k with a preloader, but the second part is the big chunk of the user interface that i designed.. and thats about 800k... with no background music yet.
not good.
:(

I'm not of the impatient kind (mainly because ADSL helps a lot) ;D so I'd like to see that, sounds like something really yummy. Why don't you showcase it here to get some feedback on if it's worth the wait?
- Sapphire0
i would if i could but theres a contract that binds me from doing so :(

Ooops... Clients... ;D

ya, but not just that, this project isn't completely mind, i'm just doing a 'part' of it... the other designers will KILL me if i showcased it before completion...
through slow and painful death.. :)

it depends on you audience and what you are selling, sometimes new media companys try and impress and use big sites.
