So i went for my first job interview in like 9 months since ive been here in NYC, and one criticism i got was that my designs were very masculine and i should try and add some gender neutral things to my portfolio. Does anyone have some good examples or ideas for something gender neutral? Links appreciated.

your logos arent particularly masculine.
not sure exactly about your websites.
just one place told you that? if it was only one place, then i wouldnt dwell on it too much.

yeah thats what i was thinking. Make some stuff that reeks of popculture and mtv promos mixed with the Old Navy marketing scheme....excuse me while i run to throw up.

haha. ya gotta sell out sooner or later.
haha, seriously. if your work is good, and if it is diverse, then fuck it. quality and diversity. that's all you really need.
good luck on the hunt!

Hmm are you sure they are talking about your portfolio and not your portfolio site?
