launchbar for pc

  I have a mac at home and I just started using launchbar, it's awesome ( http://www.obdev.at/products/lau… )
  I use a PC at work.. Do you know of anything like it for PC ? I use 'windows key', R and I can run a few things like that, but it doesn't really compare...
