Considering using iframes in a site I am in comp stages with.
Thing is, the unavoidable crew of people that still use Netscape 4.x that wont be able to see the content correctly.
Is it wrong to start ruling these misguided people out when using new tech. Or is it wrong to avoid using new tech on the account of a naieve few....
what u all think, yo?

Personally, I try to convince clients to ditch support for NS4 BUT if they want it, you gotta give it to them.
If it's your own site, then but in a JS sniffer that redirects incompatible browser to an alternate content page. Or you can make sure that the content on your page degrades properly. See http://www.37signals.com, for example.
