If I have some ideas for things, or lets just say invention ideas, how do I go about making them a reality?
For instance, I want to invent a vibrator that plays mp3's... who do I approach with this idea?
and dont go stealing my vp3 idea either mofuckeys!

Well you just hire someone to make it, and then you tell that person to do this and that while you're in a meeting room for 2hours talking with other bigwigs about what you're going to eat for dinner, and who is going to so and so's party.
The rest just takes care of itself.

a vibrator with mp3 player sounds more like a design proposal than an invention...
i.e. you need to be talking with a designer to get the product right and how to get it produced, marketing guys on how to pitch it, etc...Is there anything really patentable here? and if so, it's probably patented already...

Here is the breakdown.
Hire a patent attorney for research of previous filings and investigation of variances against previous inventions.
File your patent with the patent office.
Wait a long time.
Get your patent.
Pitch the product to manufacturing and marketing firms.
Create product.
Sell product to another company.
Buy house and boat.
