Overlap? DHTML?

  Hi. I'd like to do introduce some irregularity to my website design without using flash. is it possible to have a piece of grapihcs (transparent GIF) in a layer above an iFrame so that when you scroll in the iFrame the text just diaapears underneath it. if you know what i mean. like it'd be a cut-out piece of let's say a dog in the left side of the iFrame. makes sense? i guess its' to do with layers or dhtml or osmething?

  yeah, use a layer/div and position it over the iframe, then place your image inside that layer.
