I was wondering how some one would put freelance or contract work on a resume? Sorrt if this is silly. But an example would be grand.

simple.
it is legit and if you have the work to back it up, then put it on your resume just like that.
When you get called in for an interview and you have your freelance work in there, they will know that you werent just padding your resume.
and believe me. they will know.
we get people coming in here with no experience and bullshitting, which is fine and even expected, but if they have no work to show for those "3 years of freelancing" then you can bet it will show!
so if you got the goods, slap that baby on your resume!

unless for that term you had to do work that was confidential. 1 year of work and i can't show it.

I did confidential designs but I got documents say I can show X designs in my port. I've been trying to get work as a fashion designer (cut and sew and t-shirts) But a head hunter said to cut all my old design history... but what do you think? Only keep it fashion related?
