Love your work fatoe. Being in NYC though, I can't swing by. Please let me know if you are ever in the NYC area!

I'm looking for a spot to rock in NYC. If you ever hear of an upcoming event or know of a location off hand, please keep me posted.
Big up!
- dopepope0
i will. Hey, do you have any books that feature your work?
- Geith0
Friends of mine run it and I can tell you Fatoe that your work is on a much higher caliber than most of the stuff I've seen there. Maybe I'll go just to check your work out.

Fatoe hows the shit with Dark Horse going? Also what do you use to paint and how big do you usually go?
- fatoe10
I can say that the range in styles is very wide in CF.
Some fresh, some WTF!?
It's a circus that's for sure, great creative atmosphere, very inspiring.

Dark Horse is moving along, I got the pencils down, now I gotta apply the dirt and elemtal freshness to the pot.
I paint with a mix of spray paint, acryilic, markers, pen, and pencil...basicly everything...I think of aplying art on canvas or wood like applying PSD layers every imperfection is a sculpt in the right direction.
Size varies on every project

hey Fatoe. You inspired by any japanese illustrators in particular? And did you have any works published in the first Scrawl book? Any other publications I might find some of your work? I'm very interested.
- fatoe10
dopepope:
No I wish I was in Scrawl.
I did an Alchemist portrait for Frank 151 like a year ago.
I'm in the upcoming book/supliment for the DIK's Semi-Permanent conference.
and recently submitted some 5 peices for a book coming out this year called "Writing"
That's it so far.
No japanese illustrator inparticular, I'm inspired by the whole Mech/robo phenoms.
Peace.

Cool fatoe. I thought I saw you in Scrawl. Maybe is was Jas.
I also thought you may have been inspired by Masami Obari. He is a brilliant mecha artist for much anime. That guy can draw. Terada is also fantastic. But his stuff is much more organic. Still bad ass.
- TNDAP0
Terada is amazing his fuckin hellboy statue is awesome, I am also feeling that kid that does Blame.
- dopepope0
What is this 'Blame'?
- TNDAP0
The best thing I could find next to owning the book
- dopepope0
hey Blame looks very cool. I'm unfamiliar with it.
Follow any Yasushi Nirasawa? his character designs are intense.
- TNDAP0
Yeah, devilman and the freaky guillotine chick
- dopepope0
He's even responsible for many American horror icons. Such as some of the Cenobytes from Hellraiser.
- Sapphire0
that one chick in Blame looked as if it was designed by Tim Burton
- TNDAP0
Blame is the shit.
