It's mediocre, nothing offensive, but nothing great. The last one was a little cleaner, I thought.
But I do think some of their work is great, but not their site.

i think it works well...
they have awesome clients and work, and i think they deserve to have a fun, not-so-clean interface to show it off.
i love the random phrases up at the top left:
"Heinous idots - Rural education Sandwiches!"
