hello there, i got this problem: i would really enjoy working as a graphic designer, but i got no degree in graphic design, nor a lot of working experience in the field...beside this facts, i think that im a real talent that would manage the job!
So my question is, what good arguments would really convince an employer to hire me as a graphic designer? what could impress an employer so much, that he would ignore my lack of experience and formation?I thought this community could come up with some real good advice!
(sorry for my english, hope you understand my questions).

Just let your portfolio speak for itself.

I have no degree and I manage all right - just concentrate on producing the best work you can and the rest will follow..

a good portfolio and no qualifications is better than bad portfolio and good qualifications.
build a portfolio of work - work for free / make up imaginary clients / whatever it takes, but get a collection of pieces together which shows off your talent and then approach employers with confidence.

i agree. your portfolio speaks volumes. i don't have a degree either, but i've worked my way from freelancer to art director. if you can make money for a company, you're in.

portfolio portfolio portfolio
Make up projects and thrown them in a portfolio. Go buy some design showcase books (good books on examples of great logo design, identity design, web design, multimedia design, and start your own book of your own stuff.

have a portfolio to show him things you've done, from a creative standpoint. not even just web, print stuff but other artisic endeavors you've done.
plus, tell him you'll work for free for a couple of months on the condition that they start paying you at that point, if they like your work and if you like working there too.
Give and take.

without education in graphic design, it's essential to demonstrate you understand the fundementals of design, your work is important of course, show good use of typography, balance, color theory and breadth of work. knowing the framework that graphic design was built upon speaks volumes for the maturity and worth of a designer.

just show a vast range of work in your portfolio. From extremely creative personal stuff, to the mundane bread and butter jobs...
You need to demostrate how versatile you are, but more importantly how creative you are too. Just be yourself.... there's nothing worse than having someone come in pretending to be something there obviously not.
you also need to come across as willing to learn, but don't brown nose.....
Hope that makes sense.....

As sauerbraten says, you need to understand the fundamentals of deisgn. If you have got a GD degree then you need to educate yourself. By books, read them, and experiment. A good understanding of typography is a must.

portfolio means nothing. Its all about the clothes.

talent is in much shorter supply than education

A well rounded portfolio that shows you have a diverse set of skills is crucial.
