I'm having a hard time deciding what to do with my life, so I'm looking over a few career options. I've been asking myself what job I could consider going to every day for the rest of my life, and apart from being a rockstar I've come up with:
Pilot.
Imagine flying for a living. Clouds, sunny days, coworkers in skirts and a neat uniform.
Too bad you can't get a job in these troubled times.

i dont know about pilots, but i knew someone who was a flight attendant once.
he loved it. he did international flights. so he got to spend a day or two in every country he ever wanted to see.. and got to go back to his favourites often.
how cool is that? dinner in London tuesday... dinner in france wendsday... dinner in germany friday... and a weekend in hawaii.

if i could choose a different career path i'd choose
a. to be a proffesional dancer (a funky one)
b. paint boats on a beach in an exotic country.........i have no clue why painting boats is important to me but if i worked by the ocean, thats what i'd do.i like clouds too, but a pilot is not for me,

But painting boats? That sounds hard with the painting and the scraping and the toxic fumes...

My brother is a pilot. He wanted to be one since he was a little boy and now he is 28 and flying airbuses in Italy. I had my first flight with him last year and sitting in the cockpit while your brother is flying a passenger plane is really weird! He absolutely loves it but these are definitely troubled times for pilots without work. His best mate has just started a job in Qatar and I'm thanking god my brother didn't get the job.
Still, there is always a way. If you want to do it, make that decision and do it!

as far as careers go, dont rule out being a pirate. see the world, live like a king, free eyepatches, etc.

I feel just like that kid in the video (the one that wants to rock). I can't make my freakin mind up. I only have a few years left of my students loan and then it's knock knock mum and dad. Pilot, architect, "new media designer", boatpainter or cock. So little time. But thanks for the input, keep it coming!
