when you design websites, do you throw in one of those "design by _____" links to your own site, or do you just let it slide?
just wondering.
sometimes i do.
usually i don't.

I would recomend to use meta tags in the HTML file
- kerus0
usually i just use the meta tags for SEO purposes.. keywords etc..
in what way do you mean?
- Sapphire0
i actually dont do it, but my client recommended that i do it, so i did it, and he liked it.

depends in what capacity

"it" is it

I think he meant use the meta tag to refer to the author of the site... you. It's useful for web bots, i'd do that plus a link on the client site following the same suit as the others... no butchering of course.
