Why do swf files play so slowly in Powerpoint in OSX.

Not meaning to be evil, but it's most likely because powerpoint is a piece of sh*t.

A-ha! But it works superslick in OS9 - only when I try it in OSX does it start to lag.

Interesting. Could be either the OSX implimentation of ppt or the osx version of flash. if you're not on 10.2, then it'll be flash.
