Well your site is perfect: simple and easy to put stuff up. Not saying your site should be used of course cos you've got your own thing going on there but something as simple.
I reckon a type-off where if you put one up somewhere I (or whoever else wants to play) have to do better... so maybe it's not so much a war as a game. Not the winner that matters but the play that is important...

Maybe if it was like a debate, where someone posts a statement relating to something current and we have to *discuss* (through graphics).
But there should be some restrictions on size, or colours or something. It pushes my ideas when there are restrictions.

Yeah it would make sense - Damien's spent ages making all that so we might as well use it! First thing you got to do is sign up - then you can challenge someone to a battle. I'm already registered as Mr_Ming - feel free to challenge me!

nope. was just thinking that I registered that name on NT ages ago and doesn't have much to do with me anymore... it was related more to "wasp" in portuguese.
Anyways have registered on dplanet as "kinquila"... what should we battle about? Cant do it right now though as I'm meant to be werking...

Yeah I'm supposed to be working too. Basically one of us needs to choose a subject to battle about and challenge the other. We then each have to upload our designs and people get to vote on them. I'll start the ball rolling with a challenge - then we can go away and think about about it and submit a piece later on...

wikked. I was thinking, I really like how all of your type pieces have a limit of colours and format. It makes it easier to see the ideas. Should we each have a uniform in this sense or is that too many rules too early on?

I think the only limitation should be that the main aspects of your piece should be made up of characters from a typeface. Maybe a little tiny bit of vector drawing could be added, but only if it's essential to your message?
