ok.. it's not hip hop, but there is some really good electronic music DJ's in Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the like. Ok, so it's not Tibet... but same continent... sort of.
Talvin Singh (state of bengal) is pretty good. I think he's pakistani.
