hello again, lots of questions today, hehe.
did anyone or anyone you know do any internships with fabrica, and is it worth it? their website wasnt very desciptive and their email response was almost as vague, lacked an academic approach to the words, leaning towards an marketing ad.
thanks for any replies

I've been their for a workshop. was their only for a week but it was great. Nice place for creative, good studio, worldclass teacher/lecturer amd Venide is just 30 minutes away... good luck!

I fist applied about a year and a half ago. My first portfolio went missing- sent another one at their request a few months ago, but still haven't heard anything.
Ah well, it looked like it would be a nice place to be.
I didn't mind the commercial, non-academic aspect of it, you have to appreciate the quality of what these guys put out.

anyone actually been there for the whole one year?

The longer you are there, the less you are anywhere. It's truly a unique type of isolation.
3 tips:
-there is a huge museum you can break into at night If you can find it, you'll have the time of your life, don't get caught.
-get a girlfriend who speaks italian, it will help.
-watch the japanese carefully, they are completely insane, hilarious, and lovable.
