No Horizontal Scroll

Anyone know of a simple script that will allow vertical scrolling, but not horizontal ?
Is this possible, at all .. I've never seen it anywhere, but theoretically it SHOULD be possible. Anyone ?

i've tried flash site with a scroll="no" script on the html, while creating an artificial scroll within the flash file itself....thats as far as i got.

not possible as far as i know. i use a javascript scroll to make it happen. see http://www.small-fish.com and click on portfolio to see an example of mine.

No script needed, just setting width and size correctly. Just takes some hacking.

try CSS:
overflow-x:none;

does that work? what does it do? just hide excess x?

hides content and disables x-scroll bar. but sometimes not. try it in your BODY definition.
