The South Pole > Some companies just suck less than others but none of them are really cool , say compared with being a cashed up brat that doesn't do anything but maintain there Design Portal, which they get others to do most of the heavy work anyway

I would say Digital Domain if you're an effects artist.
I heard you can pitch your own idea for an animated short and if the execs like it, they'll let you put together a team to produce it.

i worked at universal studios, show control, and i got to watch the waterworld show AND beetlejuice's rockstravanga like 3000 times over one summer.
