david holmes is an ass, he was booked to play a techno set in galway on new years eve. it was 11pm, he showed up a bit drunks, came on the mike and told everyone he didnt want to do a techno set as he thought techno was dead and proceeded to play abba and frank sinatra tunes to a crowd of drug fuckt ravers...needless to say he was threatened and boo'd out of the place... what a cock
