What are your thoughts on working in design teams and giving design power of products to one designer vs. working more as a team.
It amazes me how many design houses assign one design project to one designer, regarless of the skills necessary for that project.
I've worked with design teams of up to 8 people and 2 people may be the better flash gururs, 2 are better illustrators, one is a good layout designer, etc. Why not share the resources to create the best job?
How many times have you worked in a team and wished you could stick your hands into a project another designer is working on and do a better job?

depemds on if you gel as a team i reckon. no good being in a team if you have conflicting [as opposed to individual] views on design/solutions.
