I have a table and want to insert HTML in it with a scroll bar should I do that with a frame?

copy this code into a TD of your table (and change all the single quotes to double ones - NT doesn't display it otherwize + add the brackets '' on begin and end)

Cajo, this is my second site so please bear with me I am very new at this, I am a print designer/illustrator and right now I am doing something that's suppposed to be simple but is frustrating the hell out of me.
