well, label would be called 'label' but with a french accent, mais oui... record would be 'vinyl', again with a french accent...
as in record label, talking about the sleeve would be 'pochette'
talking about the company that produces it, you would say 'maison de disque'

you can say "label" with a french accent, but there's a French word too, "étiquette" (used in province of Québec, but not really in France, malheureusement!)
