haha i dont agree....the man tic tacs!!!his style is so wooden. he looks like he should be riding his little freestyle board when hes streetskating, its all wrong.
id rather see nate jones 360 flip on the flat than rodney mullen switch hardflip to nose manual to bs nollie flip to fakie manual to blah blah blah

Rodney does lack in style... it still boggles my mind when i see him skate though. on http://www.unicron.net they have some good footage of him, and it's not as sketchy as some of the stuff I've seen... he does an impossible to nose wheelie to nollie heel out... sick, then there's this other clip of him doing some weird fs varial underfilp to manual??? I can't' even tell what it is, its crazy looking. If Rodney had PJ's style, damn....

rodney mullen is a freestyle skater. during the 90's he got a larger board (not much bigger though) and all of a sudden he's a "technical skater". yeah whatever...he's a freestyler.

The Rodney vid on Tony Hawk 4 is insane! I had to watch it over and over because I couldn't beleive what I was seeing. He is such a hardcore innovator. He may look stiff but the whole wolrd still lines up to try and bite his tricks. The iceskating tie guy vid was great, just mailed it to some friends. Thanks for putting that up.

Take someone as Tommy Guerrero. When I was young I thought he sucked. Because he didnt do all that advanced (in thoose days) shit that Ray and the other kids pulled of in Public Domain etc..
But now I totaly think that skating is sooo much better. Go fast and just soul-skate.. Do some bordslides, ollies, boneless.
I hate all this flipping flopping advanced shit...
