I went and saw them in Milwaukee last friday night.
- JazX0
ohhh really, maybe they will come to Pittsburgh, but then again lots of riots happen here when these kind of hip-hoppers come here. I don't know why?

House of Blues - LA

I knew it LA

I mean musically speaking there really isn't anything to making that kind of music though. I mean are they playing with a live band if so it might be entertaining, but coming from a guy who uses samplers, etc to make beats, it's not that hard as having to play a guitar live.

don't know why I said that though, hee hee! Much Love :)

I saw kweli and gangstarr, then my homeboy brent got busted by security hitting a spliff and we all got ran the fuck out of there, so I missed common.
Didnt bug me too much, because Im not really feeling the new common very much.

Gangstarr and Kweli were really good tho.
You have got to see Kweli's Backup singers, fine girls mang.

There is alot to making hip hop music, it's just that kats like Nelly tend to give people that idea. sampling is not just sampling. You have to dig and dig through krates and krates to find what makes sence! Just like playing with a guitar and finding the right tune for the song.

I got my ticket for the 19th.
It's going to be off the meat rack.Who opens up then, cause I know Common is headlining

Hip Hop is not just music. its a fucken lifestyle. its a feeling. it can changes your entire outlook.
people that listen to only whats on the radio are just contributing to a worldwide surveyance of genres of supposed music. without even knowing they're doing this.
REAL music, the music that is created with heart and soul, isn't heard on the radio. it's far too real for the younger crowd thats listening to nelly. it's not what the masses are demanding. its not american idol shit.but yea, i'm going to kweli!
=)

LOVE is LOVE. Pay no mind to those who don't know what the hell they are talking about. It's a movement.
For those still unaware, hip hop is now "officially" a culture. Not rap, hip hop. Let it be known.
