pay cut?

i have a job opportunity to move to newport beach california. (something i've wanted to do for a long time.) the firm that would hire me is only willing to pay me $4,000 less than what I'm making right now. in philadelphia. is it worth it to take the pay cut,, or should i continue the job search? ...thanks for your thoughts...

if you can live on a 4000$ paycut, and you think you'll be happier where it is nice and sunny year around, I'd say go for it
