i need to do a "new user walk through" type animation thing, much like the one found on amazon.com. If i drop the audio in on a layer can i use frame labels to let the user skip back and forth to certain parts of the audio?
Does this make sense?
Any help or insight would be GREATLY appreciated.
How would you do it?*if you go to:
http://www.amazon.comyou can click the help button in the upper right corner and then check out what i'm talking about.
thanks,
knots.

yeah. you can do it like that if you have streaming audio (if that is what you are asking)
or you may want to have your clip broken up into as many pieces as you have need for. set an mc of that on the keyframe where you want it to pick up.
not sure if what i said is coherent, but i tried. haha.

definitely set your audio to streaming... then you can make your walk thru draggable... I'll the user doesn't need to go to a specific point to trigger the audio... means you can put pauses in easily... and quicktime-esque controls will prove a doddle (plus users are familair with them)

Thanks fellas...
Bio, you mean break up the audio into segments and make those segments into mc's then place the mc's on the timeline with a frame lable...then have the button actions call out the frame labels...?
