  Thomas Hauser's book is fantastic. Great interviews and goes to great depth.

  The Fight by Norman Mailer is execellent too.

  When we Were Kinds is by far the best documentary I've ever seen. Even pips Hoop Dreams.

  Learn all you can about Muhammad Ali. The greatest sportsman and icon of the 20th century and a living legend.
