I agree with piper. the splash should be more like the inside. Did you get the mushers from winnipeg. :)
as for the inside what a tight image, as for content. i didn't get it. are those links your work?

I like the image a lot, but I don't know what is what - know what I mean? I am not sure if the logo links are sites you've done, sites you like, etc.
I do like the links at the bottome, with contact and Alpine something. I's suggest having a more traditional set of links with that look.
You in Denver? I am working on getting out there in the next month or so. I can't wait.

I work for Alpine Interactive. Those links are just that, links. Not a portfolio.
I wanted the site to be somewhat mysterious. And I didn't want alot of text to clutter that picture, since it's so beautiful. Thanks for the feedback!

dismiss them? i haven't dismissed anything. That's what "thanx for the feedback" means. I just want people to understand the philosophy of the site thats all. I eternalize everything, so i can become better designer.

just my thoughts cause im bored at work-
we are all on the same page that the splash page needs some work...
what about using some of the main image on the splash page or at least the little swirly thing under your name?
or provide some more info, like move your contact out there.
or what about loose the whole splash alltogether and embed the popup window into your main site.
anyway not trying to tell you how to do your work just bored.

so i have a dumb question - if there's no content then what are you trying to achieve with your site?! don't get me wrong i like the design but why am i going to your site if not for the content... just to see the funky pic? maybe think about what you're using the site for.
that's my 2 cents - you can take it or leave it :-)

I tryed to be nice to you but you disrespect what i am doing. You know what i not going to make a bunch of splash pages. I think i will just make a gay little flash page where you can change the clothes on so horrible illustrated girl.
