I am building a website for a DJ friend.
He has provided me with a 60 minuite .mp3 continuous mix.
I was going to put the whole .mp3 into an .swf and use goto and play actionscript to skip betwween songs ... is this a bad idea?

it's fine, I wouldn't use .mp3 format, as crazy as it sounds Flash compresses .wav format better and .wav's are clearer sounding anyway. So I would ask that DJ friend of yours for a .wav file. They also don't skip when trying to loop them as a .mp3 does. Good Luck.

There has to be ways in Flash to make an .mp3 not skip, however, it's just easier to use .wav. Got me? ;)

Thanks for the advice.
I was hoping to use previous/next track buttons on the music player. Can you do actionscript that will jump or step back a track using Frame Labels?

check this site dude, http://www.loopkit.com, if you are looking for something like this that shuts off and on when you click button then I can possibly help you. Cheers :)
