I recieved this email today.
---
"Your companies web site is listed in our security files as the destination for a destructive web bug placed on computer systems by persons unknown. We believe you are responsible for this security problem. As the author of this code and recipient of the stolen data we believe you are liable for the damages.
We ask you to stop this activity and provide repair information to remove this dangerous code from our systems.
If you do not wish to do this we will respond with all reasonable action."

this all comes as quite a shock to me... i liken my code to a nice snuggly bunny, not a 'destructive web bug".
any ideas what this fellow might be referring to? he didnt give me a URL or any additional info.

What's "destructive web bug" and "dangerous code" by the way?
Reply and ask them, also CC it to your tech dept of server host.
