Recently I was contacted by a Collection agency in regards that I own money to ATT wireless. However I disagree with the charges against me because they are not equivalent with the services they are provided.
Basically I was charged $750 for the same use that I've been paying $50 for 3 year.

so my question, does any one know how to deal with Collection agencies without ruining my credit history.
    any tips will be appreciated.

If collection agency is calling, then your credit is already fucked my friend!!

What I don't understand is how that $750 added up without you knowing?? Do you get monthly statements from them??

It's easy to talk to the collection people to let them know that there might have been a mistake and they will usually help try to get the problem resolved.

Trust me, I've dealt with them many many times.

it's not a mistake. It's just some companies feel that they have supremacy to dig out money from consumer as there is no tomorrow. and if the consumer disagrees they will try to do everything to make the consumer feel guilty till the rest of his/her life.

I know I don't have enough power to fight the corporate world of America, the same way as I don't have any power to stop the war.

so what I asked from the NT community is there any way I can deal with Collection agencies without feeling guilty about that?

I don't understand. Have you received any notice or bill from ATT Wireless regarding that $750 charge?? You should really call ATT and deal with the issue directly with them.

I am sure they sent you a bunch of final payment notices before declaring your case a delinquent!

Just call ATT's credit department and straighten things out soon before your credit get any worse!

HONESTLY, ONCE THE COLLECTION AGENCY GETS INVOLVED, YOUR CREDIT RATING GOES DOWN A NOTCH. TRUST ME, MINE IS AT A ALL TIME LOW!!
