I'm designing a new logo for me (print/web freelancer):
I'm not quite satsified (yet?)

I like 1 and 6 best. Some of the others seem to slant downwards irrespective of the level baselines you have set.

number 6 is nice, maybe straighten the top of the 't' so it's in line with the top of the 'm'.

frankly i don't like the font, it's too "weak" for making logotype.
i think you should try other fonts with the smae concept.

I certainly like the idea and simplicity of your new logo but not sure about using small caps. Why don't you try the same typographic concept but using your old logo type... seems more striking to me...
